• Implement on going assessment and evaluation models for the projects that we are involved in, trouble shooting and implementing the necessary improvements to guarantee successful results.
• Apply consulting methods adapted to the circumstances in which the projects develop.
• Analyse client needs, means and the timeframes, that are available and the conditions that exist in order to offer the most beneficial solution for the client.
• Establish open and fluid communication between all members involved in the project and at any given time have available the order, guidelines, specifications and information necessary for the development of the project.

• Ensure that our members meet the deadlines as well as well manage the budget assigned to the project in order to reach the desired results.
